The Peddinghaus Angle and Flat Bar processing lines are built for the tough North American Steel Fabrication market where volume and precision account for so much. The AFPS663R is a revolution for the market with it capacity of up to 160 x 160x 19mm Thick Angle and 160 x 19mm thick Flat bar. 3 Punch tools per leg ensure multiple diameters and shapes can be programmed in the steel length easily. Round, Square, oblong are no problem for the 663R from Peddinghaus.

Material handing is also accounted for with this machine. Infeed and Outfeed means the material support all the way through the process. Adding lateral cross transfers on the infeed mean there is minimal time between stock lengths fed into the machine. And with the optional material advance, the flow is uninterrupted by human intervention. Outfeed cradle catching completed parts and with Peddinghaus’s roller feed technology, the part roll in and out one after the other.

Have some complex parts, then notch away with the Peddinghaus 663R angle line. The blinders of any Peddinghaus machine are toucgh, but the 663R are extra tough able to handle the Notching or nibbling process for elongated or wedge components.
