MEBA 1100DGA

The 1100DGA is the Self measuring Bandsaw for the heavy Structural Fabricator or Steel Processor. The 1100DGA has the Short Mitre Roller Table top support cut parts while the 3,300mm Shuttle measures and feeds product through the line. Mist coolant as standard, the 50mm blade makes short work of complex cuts on profiles and packs/bundles of steel with 60° or Mitre movement both ways the 1100DGA has 120° of overall Mitre movement. And with the Kerf compensation for multiple angle cuts per piece, accuracy is no problem from the first cut to the last.
